External brush wash
Mechanical brushing removes surface dirt, label residue, and external contaminants.
The Process
Two governed processes stand behind every bottle: a five-stage purification sequence that defines the water, and a six-stage washing and filling operation that prepares the vessel. Both are specified, measured, and repeatable.
01 — The Production Process
Follows a stringent multi-stage purification and quality control process to ensure that every bottle of drinking water meets the highest standards of safety, purity, and taste.
Stage 01 / 05
5 μm → 1 μm cartridge cascade
Removes suspended solids before membrane contact.
Stage 02 / 05
Granular + block dual bed
Adsorbs chlorine, VOCs, and taste-active organics.
Stage 03 / 05
0.0001 μm polyamide, 10–12 bar
Primary desalination; 98.5% mean TDS rejection.
Stage 04 / 05
40 mJ/cm² UV dose
Post-membrane microbial control prior to fill.
Stage 05 / 05
Ca / Mg balance, pH 7.0–7.4
Stable mineral profile for commercial taste targets.
02 — Bottle Washing & Filling
PEARL DROPS® uses high-quality refillable 5-gallon bottles sourced from approved suppliers. Before filling, every bottle is thoroughly cleaned using a fully automated 900 Bottles Per Hour (BPH) washing and filling system.
Each bottle passes through a six-stage washing process comprising:
Mechanical brushing removes surface dirt, label residue, and external contaminants.
Recycled-water pre-rinse flushes loose debris from interior and exterior.
Heated caustic detergent cycle dissolves organic film and biofilm risk.
Sanitizing solution contacts all internal surfaces under controlled dwell time.
RO-quality rinse removes residual chemistry before fill.
Drain and visual/sensor inspection; bottles failing checks are rejected from the line.
Following the washing cycle, bottles are automatically filled with purified water under hygienic conditions, sealed, inspected, and prepared for distribution. The entire washing and filling operation is fully automated, minimising human contact and ensuring consistent product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

03 — Quality Control
Quality is not inspected at the end; it is controlled throughout. Purification runs to defined specifications — 0.0001 μm filtration at 10–12 bar, a 40 mJ/cm² UV dose, remineralization to pH 7.0–7.4. Bottles failing washing inspection are rejected from the line. Every bottle is sealed and inspected before distribution.
